The program sets the window
A volume build in Mickleham runs to a fixed program. The gap between one stage finishing and the next covering it is usually two or three days.
Slab pre-pour
The day before the pour. Waffle pods, laps, cover and capping are visible now and never again.
Frame
Where every serious structural finding on our Mickleham jobs has come from. Bracing, slab level and truss bearing.
Lock-up
Sarking, cladding clearance and window flashings, in the days before the plasterer arrives.
Waterproofing
After the membrane, before the tiler. We have found waterproofing incomplete at this point here.
Pre-handover
A week before practical completion, so the list is with the builder before you sign.
